Stu started his career as an investment banker and moved to the buyside for MDC Partners (now Stagwell Group) as Corporate Development Director in 2009. Upon leaving MDC Partners, Stu was Head of M&A and MDC Ventures, and had acquired 20+ companies. In 2018, he joined Hero Digital as Head of Corporate Development, expanding his role in the coming years to oversee internal operations. By 2021, Hero had bought 4 companies, grown 300%, and sold to AEA Investors in November 2021. Stu lives in Marin County, CA and enjoys live music, backpacking, and reading the New Yorker.

Ben started his career at The Richards Group, IPG and Omnicom. He joined T3 as the Director of Mobile in 2009 and became President in 2016. During his 13 years at T3 he evolved the business from a production shop to a leading digital transformation consultancy, greatly expanded EBITDA and led the successful sale to Tailwind Capital. Since the acquisition he has served in a lead role for the new platform, Material+, including multiple acquisitions. Ben is a frequent industry speaker and the author of the recent book, Embracing Irrationality.

Dave started his career in Silicon Valley, first at software startups and then on the consulting side where he built digital transformation practices at both a boutique and a global SI. Prior to Superstep, Dave was the founder and CEO of Hero Digital, a premier digital experience company serving the Fortune 1000. He led the company’s growth path from inception to over $100M in revenue and had a successful exit to AEA Partners in 2021. Dave lives in the SF Bay Area with his family and is an avid outdoor sports enthusiast with a passion for running, skiing, and snowboarding. Dave is focused on OneSix and new platform investments.

Jad started his career at McKinsey & Co., where he spent 4 years leading transformation projects across Tech and Financial Services, specializing in value creation and EBITDA improvement tactics. In 2020, after completing his MBA at Harvard Business School, Jad joined Google to lead business planning and intelligence for Google Ads Marketing (over $1 billion budget), where he optimized profitability by leveraging data-driven insights and full-funnel measurement. Jad lives in Brooklyn, NY, enjoys picnics in Central Park, and mentors early-stage startups.
